😞How many times have you been told this at the Dr for yourself or your children? I certainly have - many times!

One of the main motivations for grabbing my box of #youngliving essential oils was to feel more empowered as a mum.

Having the "tools" on hand to help my kids when they have a virus or cold has been incredibly empowering!

Now at the first sign of a cough, the diffuser goes on with R.C and Thieves. A temperature? Peppermint oil on the spine. Itchy skin? My DIY skin soother roller. And you know what? Our family has never been so well! ☺️

I am more empowered as a mother and as a wife and I've been able to eliminate the need for a lot of unnecessary pharmaceuticals in my house. It really has been a game changer!

PT. 2 How to germinate seeds 🌱

1) Water your seed raising mix well to begin.
2) Check the instructions on the seed packets to learn how deep to plant.
3) Make a row and sow your seeds.
4) Cover seeds with soil and remember to label them!
5) Water well then leave in a warm place to germinate.

💦 REMEMBER to water every day (in either the morning or evening) because if the seeds dry out they won't grow! 💦
