I just HAD to share this with you all! Spring is in full swing, and I’ve been busy planting seeds and transplanting seedlings. But one little experiment has completely blown me away! 🤯
I had two batches of tomato seedlings that germinated at the same time. One batch was nurtured in regular potting mix, while the other thrived in a quality veggie mix from a local supplier. The difference is staggering! The seedlings in the veggie mix are stronger, greener, and just all-around healthier. They’re night and day compared to the ones in the regular potting mix. This is exactly why I keep telling everyone—quality soil is everything!
This experiment proves what I’ve always said: quality soil is EVERYTHING! If you can, invest in the best soil or compost you can find. And if that’s not an option, don’t worry, you can make your own!
Next time you’re debating spending an extra few $$ on compost, may this photo pop into your head! 😄
Has anyone else had an experience like this?
